Vision Middle East is the largest aerial survey company in the Middle East region. The aircraft fleet enables the company to meet our clients needs with respect to accuracy, altitude, resolution, medium and area.

To perform cadastral and other mapping projects covering large areas especially in an urban environment, Vision uses the UltraCam X large-format digital camera from Vexcel. This camera is ideally suited for precise mapping, ortho, rectification and the extraction of high quality digital elevation models. The Vexcel camera is one of the most popular digital survey cameras available in the world and the system is integrated with GPS/IMU systems to provide accurate geo-referencing for the imagery.

The UltraCam X is the successor of the UltraCam D camera system and exploits the most valuable developments of the industry in the fields of sensor technology, data storage technology and data transfer technology. The most considerable advantages of UltraCam X are its large image format of 14430 pixels cross track and 9420 pixels along track and its exceptional geometric and radiometric quality.

The result is a cost effective ortho-rectified image that can be used for economically creating new maps and updating existing ones used in engineering design, construction planning and infrastructure monitoring.
